Why only LG
Most repair companies take every brand. That sounds convenient, but it means the technician at your door may see an LG inverter linear compressor, an LG direct-drive washer or an LG induction inverter board a few times a year. We see them every week. Focusing on one manufacturer lets us:
- Diagnose faster. We know LG test modes, stored error codes and the failure patterns behind them — for example, that frost in the door ice compartment of many LG French-door refrigerators usually traces back to the ice-room air path and seals, not the ice maker itself.
- Carry the right parts. Our trucks stock the LG fans, sensors, valves, pumps, door locks, igniters and elements that fail most often, so more repairs finish on the first visit.
- Quote honestly. When we know a model's history, we can tell you whether a repair is worth it — and we will tell you when it is not.
Our technicians
- Trained on LG appliances and working from LG service documentation — wiring diagrams, component values, test-mode procedures and service bulletins.
- Extensive mechanical and electrical experience: drive systems, bearings, pumps and hinges; control boards, inverter boards, sensors and wiring harnesses.
- EPA Section 608 certified — every technician. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency requires this certification to purchase and handle refrigerant. It is what allows us to replace compressors, evaporators and condensers and repair refrigerant leaks on LG refrigerators in your home.
- Fully insured.
- Respectful in your home: shoe covers, floor protection when we move appliances, and a clean work area when we leave.
How we price
A $75 service call covers the visit and diagnosis of one appliance. After the diagnosis you get one written price. If you approve the repair, the $75 is credited toward it. Typical prices for every common repair are published on our pricing page — we would rather you know before you call.
Warranty
90 days on labor and a 1-year manufacturer warranty on the parts we install. Details on our warranty page.
Independence
LG Appliances Repair Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorized by LG Electronics. If your appliance is still covered by LG's factory warranty, contact LG first so you do not pay for a covered repair. We focus on out-of-warranty LG appliances and on repairs that LG's warranty does not cover.

We are a mobile service — technicians come to you. We cover Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada, Mon–Fri 8 AM–7 PM · Sat–Sun 8 AM–4 PM.
