Information we collect
When you submit our booking form, we receive your name, phone number, ZIP code, appliance type, the description you type, your preferred appointment time and the page you sent the form from. When you call us, we receive your phone number and what you tell us.
Our website may use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand which pages are useful. Analytics data is aggregated and does not include the contents of the booking form.
How we use it
- To contact you about your service request, schedule the visit and complete the repair.
- To send appointment confirmations, reminders and follow-ups about the repair.
- To keep basic service records for warranty purposes.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Sharing
We share information only with the technician assigned to your repair, with parts suppliers when an order requires it, and with service providers that run our website, phone and messaging systems — and only as needed to serve you. We may disclose information when the law requires it.
Text messages
By checking the consent box on our form, you agree that we may call or text you about your service request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.
Retention and deletion
We keep service records for as long as needed for warranty and accounting purposes. To view, correct or delete your information, call (702) 707-5107.
Nevada residents
Nevada law (NRS 603A) gives you the right to direct us not to sell covered information. We do not sell covered information.
