Why we publish repair cases
A price list tells you what a part costs. A repair case shows how a real problem gets solved: the symptom you notice, the test that finds the cause, and the full price at the end. If your LG appliance is doing something similar, the case below will give you a realistic idea of the fix and the cost.
Prices shown are full totals — parts, labor and the $75 service call. Customer names are never published. Each case reflects the part prices and access conditions of that particular job; your price can differ. Ranges reflect a typical repair and do not include extra work caused by difficult access — for example a built-in or tightly installed appliance, removing trim, cabinetry or other appliances, or additional disassembly and reassembly of the appliance itself. The final price also depends on the supplier's current part price, which changes with market and import conditions.
