What is covered
- Labor — 90 days. If the repair we performed fails within 90 days of the repair date, we return and correct it at no labor charge.
- Parts — 1 year. Parts we install carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty. If a part we installed fails within a year, we replace the part at no charge for the part; labor after the first 90 days is billed at our standard rate.
- Sealed-system repairs (compressor, evaporator, condenser, leak repair) follow the same terms: the work for 90 days, the installed part for 1 year.
What is not covered
- A different failure on the same appliance (for example, a new drain-pump failure after we replaced the door lock).
- Damage from misuse, power surges, flooding, pests, moving the appliance, or repairs by someone else after our visit.
- Parts the customer supplied.
- Cosmetic damage, and food or property loss.
How to make a claim
Call (702) 707-5107 and tell us the date of the original repair. We schedule a return visit, confirm the failure is the one we repaired, and fix it under warranty.
LG factory warranty
LG's own factory warranty is separate from ours. Many LG refrigerators carry extended LG coverage on the linear or inverter linear compressor part, and many LG washers on the direct-drive motor. If your appliance may still be under LG warranty, contact LG first. If LG covers the part but not the labor, we can install it.
