Service call and estimates
A $75 service call applies to every visit and covers diagnosis of one appliance. If you approve the repair, the service call is credited toward the total. Repair prices on this website are typical ranges, not quotes; your price is set in a written estimate after diagnosis.
Authorization
No repair starts without your approval of the written estimate. If additional problems are found during a repair, we stop and ask before doing any extra work.
Parts
We install genuine LG parts when available. If a part is discontinued, we will offer a compatible equivalent and tell you before installing it. Special-order parts may require a deposit.
Payment
Payment is due when the repair is complete. We accept cash and major credit and debit cards.
Warranty
90 days on labor and a 1-year manufacturer warranty on parts, as described on our warranty page.
Limitations
We are not responsible for food spoilage, pre-existing damage, damage caused by hidden defects in building plumbing, gas or electrical systems, or appliances that cannot be repaired because parts are no longer available. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the repair.
Website content
Troubleshooting guides and error-code explanations on this website are general information. Follow all safety warnings: disconnect power before opening any panel and turn off the gas supply before moving a gas appliance. If you are not comfortable, stop and call a professional.
