The label lists the model (for example LRMVS3006S) and the serial number. Take a photo of the whole label and send it when you book.

The serial number and age
The serial number helps date the appliance. On many LG serial numbers, the first three digits encode the year and month of manufacture (for example 109 = 2021, September — the first digit is the last digit of the year and the next two are the month). Use it as a rough guide; we confirm during diagnosis.
