What appliances do you repair?
Only LG: refrigerators, front load washers, top load washers, WashTower units, dryers, ranges, cooktops and dishwashers.
What areas do you serve?
Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada — including Summerlin, Spring Valley, Enterprise, Southwest Las Vegas, Centennial Hills, Paradise, Green Valley, Anthem, Seven Hills, Inspirada, Cadence and MacDonald Ranch.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 8 AM to 7 PM, Saturday and Sunday 8 AM to 4 PM.
Do you offer same-day service?
Often, yes. Call early in the day for the best chance at a same-day visit. Online requests are confirmed by phone during business hours.
How do I book?

Do I need to be home?
An adult (18+) needs to be home for the visit and to approve the quote.
Pricing questions
How much is the service call?
$75. It covers the visit and full diagnosis of one appliance, and it is credited toward the repair if you approve it.
How much does an LG repair cost?
Most LG repairs cost $180 to $500 in total. Refrigerator sealed-system repairs usually cost $350 to $1,270. See all prices.
Will I know the price before you start?
Yes. You get a written quote after diagnosis, and nothing starts until you approve it.
What payment do you accept?
Cash and major credit and debit cards.
Technician and parts questions
Are your technicians certified?
Every technician holds EPA Section 608 certification for refrigerant handling. They are trained on LG appliances, work from LG service documentation and have extensive mechanical and electrical experience. We are fully insured.
Do you use genuine LG parts?
We install genuine LG parts whenever they are available. When LG has discontinued a part, we tell you before using a compatible equivalent.
Can you fix my LG refrigerator compressor?
Yes. We replace LG linear and inverter linear compressors in your home. The job includes a new filter-drier, a nitrogen pressure test, a deep vacuum and a measured refrigerant charge. See compressor replacement.
Do you carry parts on the truck?
Yes — the LG fans, sensors, valves, pumps, door locks, igniters and elements that fail most often. Special-order parts usually arrive in 1–3 business days.
Warranty questions
What warranty do you give?
90 days on labor and a 1-year manufacturer warranty on parts. See our warranty.
My LG is still under factory warranty. Should I call you?
Call LG first; a covered repair costs you nothing. If LG covers the part but not the labor, or the coverage has ended, we can help.
Are you affiliated with LG?
No. We are an independent repair company. LG is a trademark of LG Electronics, used here only to describe the appliances we repair.
