Las Vegas dryer vents and Flow Sense
Many LG dryers have Flow Sense, which measures exhaust airflow and shows d80 through d95 when the vent is restricted. In Las Vegas, two-story homes and condos often vent through long runs to the roof, and desert dust adds to the lint. A restricted vent is the number-one reason an LG dryer "stops drying" — and a fire risk. Before you pay for a heating element, check the vent: LG dryer taking too long to dry.
Electric vs. gas no-heat
Electric LG dryers need 240 volts. If only one leg of the circuit is live (a half-tripped double breaker), the drum turns but there is no heat and you may see tE3. Check the breaker before booking. Gas LG dryers need the gas valve behind the dryer turned on; a glowing igniter that never lights the burner usually means weak gas valve coils.

Totals include parts, labor and the $75 service call. Ranges reflect a typical repair and do not include extra work caused by difficult access — for example a built-in or tightly installed appliance, removing trim, cabinetry or other appliances, or additional disassembly and reassembly of the appliance itself. The final price also depends on the supplier's current part price, which changes with market and import conditions. Your exact price is quoted in writing after diagnosis, before any work starts. 90-day labor warranty; 1-year manufacturer warranty on parts.

LG dryer questions
Why is my LG dryer running but not heating?
On electric models: a blown thermal fuse, failed heating element or high-limit thermostat, or a tripped breaker leg. On gas models: a failed igniter, weak gas valve coils or a closed gas valve. A restricted vent often causes the overheating that blows the fuse in the first place.
What does d90 mean on an LG dryer?
The exhaust vent is about 90% restricted. Stop using the dryer until the vent is cleaned from the dryer to the outside. Using it this way wastes energy and is a fire hazard.
How much does LG dryer repair cost?
Most LG dryer repairs cost $180 to $350 in total in Las Vegas and Henderson, including the $75 service call.
Can you repair LG heat pump dryers?
Yes. We diagnose and repair LG heat pump (ventless) dryers, including fan, sensor, drain pump and compressor-circuit faults.
