If an LG dishwasher will not start, check that the door is fully latched, Child Lock (CL) and Delay Start are off, and the breaker is on — on top-control models you must press Start and close the door within a few seconds. Safe checks

Close the door firmly — make sure no rack, utensil or handle is in the way.
Turn off Child Lock (CL) and cancel Delay Start.
Top-control models: select the cycle, press Start, and close the door within about 4 seconds.
Check the breaker and any wall switch for the dishwasher/disposal.
Reset: breaker off for 5 minutes.
